Return Policy

We do not stock graphic kits - All orders are custom made.
All graphics are created by PWC Graphics / Signs Unlimited on an individual basis, according to the specifications provided by the customer through our online ordering system or via special requests.
All graphic kits are custom made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Color Matching

PWC Graphics will not be held liable for exact color matching.
We do our best to match sample colors as accurately as possible, but due to different methods of printing graphics, it is nearly impossible to get a 100% match to OEM graphics or color samples.
We are happy to send designs and or color samples via mail or email to ensure the colors meet your expextations, but please keep in mind: computer monitors are not 100% accurate and should be used only as a guide.

We can come close to OEM designs & colors, but can not guarantee a perfect match.
If you would like to order genuine OEM decals, please contact your dealer.

Production & Shipping Times

We strive to get your order into production and shipped as soon as possible.
Many factors can determine the production times. If your graphics are needed by a certain date, please note it on your order, call or email so we can discuss prior to production.

US Orders are usually shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
Orders to be shipped outside of the US are shipped using USPS Priority International.
Other shipping methods and carries can be used for an additional charge (FedEx, UPS, Express/Overnight, etc...)

PWC Graphics is not responsible for any delays in shipping or for any loss or damage caused by a third party in the shipping process.

International Shipping Policy

Shipping time does not include any time your order might be delayed going through customs.

We are not responsible for delays in shipment due to customs or other international shipping delays.
International orders will usually incur additional taxes, duties, VAT, & other fees associated with customs.

We are not responsible for these charges & they are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Please verify or get an estimate of what these charges might be before placing an international order.
